Buildbob is an applied research company building Bob AI, a domain-specialized AI assistant for the construction industry. Our mission is to enable construction teams to work intelligently with their data. Construction generates vast amounts of information across drawings, contracts, communications, and commercial records, but most of it remains unstructured and underutilized. Bob AI transforms this scattered information into a structured knowledge layer that teams can query, analyze, and act on.

We currently offer two core products, each tailored to a critical function within construction teams:

• Bob AI for Project Managers helps project teams manage complexity by connecting data sources, understanding context, and surfacing critical insights to keep projects on track.

• Bob AI for Quantity Surveyors accelerates commercial workflows by unlocking historical pricing data and automating measurement tasks to support faster, more accurate cost decisions.
